Indigenous Awareness Training
A focused, culturally grounded training designed to support organizations in creating intercultural safety and building respectful, informed, and culturally safe workplaces.
This session explores Indigenous histories, contemporary realities, and practical approaches to working in relationship with Indigenous peoples and communities.
It also introduces the concept of reclaiming pre-systems of care, highlighting Indigenous ways of knowing, supporting one another, and maintaining balance long before colonial systems were imposed.
Content is tailored to staff roles while maintaining a strong foundation in Cree perspectives, lived experiences, and relational responsibility.
